It's important for me to have Yoga available and accessible to anyone and everyone when possible.
Vinyasa classes follow a flow format with focus on alignment, matching body and breath, and are taught to all levels of Students combined.
Yin is a grounded/mellow practice focusing on holding poses longer and allowing the pose to stimulate and encourage healthy joint and connective tissues to support the bodies more active practices.
Mats/Blocks are available for your use if needed. .

Partner Yoga is a style of yoga that can involve two friends or a couple who are interested in exploring movement and breath together. Some poses are similar to what is known as Acro Yoga but this is not the focus of the classes which are more focused on connected movement of body and breath and incorporate some elements of massage and relaxation.
